These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", or "Customer") and RizenPay ("RizenPay", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the rizenpay.com website, our point-of-sale software, payment processing services, hardware products, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing our website, creating an account, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Our Services are intended for businesses and business owners. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business, and that all registration information you provide is accurate and complete.
To use certain Services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@rizenpay.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.
Payment processing services made available through RizenPay may be provided in partnership with licensed payment processors, acquiring banks, and financial institutions. Your use of payment processing is additionally subject to the applicable processor agreement, card network rules (including those of Visa, Mastercard, and other networks), and applicable law. Fees for the Services — including transaction rates, subscription fees, and hardware costs — are set out in your service agreement or order form. All fees are disclosed before you sign. We may update pricing with reasonable prior notice. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchases, excluding taxes on our income.
Hardware purchased or leased through RizenPay is covered by the manufacturer's warranty and any additional warranty terms stated at the time of purchase. You are responsible for using hardware in accordance with the provided documentation. Defective units will be repaired or replaced according to the applicable warranty policy.
You agree not to use the Services to:
The RizenPay name, logo, website content, software, and all related materials are owned by RizenPay or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes for the duration of your agreement with us. All other company names, brand names, trademarks, and logos mentioned on this website are the property of their respective owners; their mention does not constitute or imply any endorsement or sponsorship.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for complying with privacy and data-protection laws applicable to your own customers, including obtaining any consents required for the data you collect through the Services.
We work to keep the Services available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and events beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary interruptions. Offline mode features are provided as a convenience and depend on device conditions.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms or a signed agreement, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RizenPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts you paid to RizenPay for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RizenPay, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
You may stop using the Services at any time, subject to the terms of any signed service agreement. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms, if required by law or a payment partner, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including fees owed, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the website or by email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RizenPay is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
